If this is a medical emergency, do not email us
Call your avian vet or an emergency clinic now. For anything swallowed, ASPCA Animal Poison Control is on (888) 426-4435, open 24 hours a day (a consultation fee may apply).
Go straight to a vet if your bird breathes with its beak open at rest, bobs its tail with each breath, is huddled, weak or sitting on the cage floor, is straining as if to lay, or is bleeding and it does not stop. If your bird may have breathed fumes, move it to fresh air first and go, even if it looks fine. A bird bitten by a cat, dog or rat needs an avian vet today, even if it looks fine.
Do not syringe-feed a weak bird, do not give remedies, do not try to make your bird vomit, and do not wait until tomorrow. We are a software company and we cannot advise on a sick bird.

Open ParrotSense and go to Settings. Under “Support” you will find a Support ID with a copy button next to it. Quoting it in an email lets us find your install, and it is what a care program grant is applied to.
It identifies the install, not you.
Where is the app?
ParrotSense launches first on iPhone and iPad, with Google Play and Amazon soon after. There is no store listing yet, so any ParrotSense store link you find elsewhere is not ours. Questions in the meantime are welcome at [email protected].
